After years of traveling, living in an ashram, engaging in intense meditation and yoga techniques, teaching programs across India, uprooting myself from my home country and settling elsewhere to spend my life with my wife, I have witnessed the absolute absurdity for the search to happiness.

My teachings are based in the ancient Indian tradition of Advaita. In the west it is popularly known as Non-Duality. Advaita is a Sanskrit word meaning "not two." It points to the indivisible or non-dual nature of reality.
This teaching is not associated with any dogma or religion and is open to all who seek peace in daily living. -
Understanding that you as a human being are not perfect. Accepting yourself with all your conflicts, fears, guilt, insecurities, pride, rivalry. The moment you accept yourself with all the necessary conflict within you, that very moment you will understand and accept the other - the one you are living with.
Love and Happiness cannot be extracted from the other. It is a fragrance that gets shared when one starts accepting their own truth, with all the beauty and imperfections.
If you want space for yourself at times, your partner may also require space at times. This understanding cannot come out from a prescription for a happy marriage. This can only be realized once one starts looking into their own desires and conflicts.
